1.  MINUTES of November 14, 2017 presented by Dallas Berry

  • Motion to accept Minutes of November 14, 2017 by Glenn Tatterson

2.  FINANCIAL REPORT  of November, December 2017 and January 2018 presented by Richard Smith

  • Motion to accept Financial Report by Walt Yeomans

  • Support by David Chittenden

  • Carried

3.  NATIONAL DIRECTOR’S REPORT from Greg Burdine

  • Greg mentioned several national officers will be elected this year.  New nominees for officers will be presented in May at the Fellowship Meeting.  These will be voted on through the summer and recognized in the September fall meeting.

  • BBC’s attendance is a little under 300

  • Boston BBC’s attendance is a little less than 100

  • Judea Project was discussed and what can be done to encourage men to begin new works in Michigan. John Rielly has asked Walt Yeomans to present the Judea Project Policy and that document be reviewed

 

OLD BUSINESS

NEW BUSINESS

  1. Church planting and the Judea Project had already been discussed

  2. John Reilley mentioned Boston BBC and their effectiveness especially with beginning new churches throughout the northeast

  3. John also commended those present on coming and the good turn out
